Kelliann Jenkins
Kelliann Jenkins grew up playing baseball in Maryland alongside her sister and two brothers. She started learning to throw the knuckleball at the age of 8 and continued to throw this pitch up into college. She followed her older brother's footsteps to St. John’s College High School and later committed to St. Mary’s College of Maryland. She spent her college summers playing for the Bethesda Big Train and finished her college career playing baseball at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA.
Her story as one of the country’s few female college baseball pitchers was featured by Grassroots Baseball.
