Bonnie Hoffman

Coach Bonnie is committed to seeing players develop on and off the field. She has worked with the Aspen Institute on their Calls for Coaches and served on the Strategic Advisory Group for Aspen's guide to Coaching Social and Emotional Skills in Youth Sports, creating resources used by coaches across the country.

Bonnie also serves as a mentor and volunteer with the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy, and serves as the Tournament Director for the Eastern Women's Baseball Conference, which hosts one of the largest all-women's baseball tournaments in the United States. For more than 25 years she has served as a youth baseball umpire and coach, where she specializes in working with pitchers and catchers.

In addition, Coach Bonnie works to ensure the coaching ranks are representative of and responsive to their communities. She currently serves as a member of the American Baseball Coaches Association's Diversity in Baseball and Youth Committees.
