YBA PLAY SUMMER LEAGUE 2024

The Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy (YBA) is offering families with kids ages 5-12 an opportunity to learn and love the game of baseball in a fun and fast-paced environment.
This program is FREE for youth living in Wards 5, 6, 7, and 8. Snacks and dinner is provided for all participants and families.
Runs through June 24th - August 1st from 6:15 to 7:45 pm.
No prior experience is needed to participate! Equipment and uniforms will be provided.

YBA PLAY runs through the help of volunteers, and is looking for people to help school-aged youth develop their baseball skills, confidence, and leadership. The Academy welcomes and encourages high schoolers to volunteer for community service hour fulfillment.
MENTORS will be carefully matched with 3rd-8th grade mentees, and will spend one hour each week together building a mentorship during the school year.
COACHES are relied on by the Academy during the summer to deliver fun and free baseball instruction to youth ages 6-12.
